Charlie, I always thought there had to be a record of the $50,000 "loan" from Nicole to her dad, Lou Brown because if there had not been a record through a check or some sort of paper trial no one would have known about the loan. The Browns never said a word about it after the murders. And they had the opportunity to destroy any document about it in Nicole's home. Maybe that is why old Lou tried to break into her safety deposit box!! The prosecutors did not know about the 50 grand loan. My understanding is that it came out when O.J. regained custody and Sydney & Justin's own legal team found a paper trail for the $50,000. Am I correct? Was that loan made on Mother's day or earlier in the Spring? Anyone know?
