Both the bartender and the waitress testified that the reservation was for a party of ten and the table was set for a party of ten, and ten people, including four children were served. They had to put two tables together to accomodate the party, which would have to be Nicole, Lou and Judy, Denise, Dominique and Tanya, Nicole's two kids, Denise's son and Rachel.
