It sure does sound like it. Hard to know if it is a fraudian slip or he worked hard to be able to say it and make it look like a slip. I think Fung did a similar thing. Couldn't come right out and say what they seemed to belive, so did it by "mistakes". Maybe Darden cried in relief that an innocent man was not convicted.
