I seem to recall testimony that they measured the gloves as part of the lab work and they were not any smaller during trial than they had been when taken as evidence.
I rewatched the glove demonstration several times while watching the video. I noticed that OJ repeatedly showed that his fingers did not go to the end of the glove. There was a good inch on each finger where he couldn't get up his fingers to the end---due to not being able to get the "body" of the glove over the wide part of his hand/palm.
