Jasper, Yep, when you put it all in context---who was picked for the prosecution side--and Ito (with his wife being head on the IA) and who got picked originally (Shapiro with his ties to Robert Evans) and the fact that OJ's personal lawyer was tied up with the Heidi case. And Pellicano too--and his ending up working "for free" for Fuhrman---I think it all makes sense.
And when both Clark and Darden started talking when they were less than half way thru the case that they would no longer try cases.
The Ito--wife-Furhman--Heidi connection is pretty strong to me.
