I have been watching Cochran and now Scheck in Closing Arguments.
I had forgotten what a good job Cochran did. I have seen all of his and only part of Scheck. But what I have seen shows me that they both had it nailed.
They laid out the case (from opening statements to the end) in step by step fashion of what the evidence was and the problems with it. He (and Scheck) are taking it right down the list of what lies were told, problems with the evidence and the problems with Fuhrman.
And I have noticed that Cochran made several statements about Fuhrman that imply that he had MORE to do with this case than just planting evidence.
In the part about bring the 84 incident to the current issue---Cochran mentioned not only that MF was out to get OJ but also OUT to GET those who were married to blacks.
There have been 5 or 6 such statements that imply that MF was involved with the murders--they were statements that you could take 2 ways. The ordinary way---and the sinister way.
He was very careful---but it's there.
