AP is reporting that the SAME judge who ruled against Bailey earlier and gave him a 5M fine has totally reversed herself and NOW says that Bailey had done nothing wrong in keeping the money, etc.
How strange. He lost his law practices over this--his license in Florida and Mass.
I didn't see anything about how he would get the moeny back, etc.
