I have noticed law enforcement/prosecutors always look to the spouse's motive for murder if they are having an affair(s). The old unfaithful spouse motive has always worked and made prosecutors job easier if they can find a lover somewhere in the wash. It is a lesson for all to remain faithful to your spouse or hope the spouse does not die under suspect circumstances.
In O.J.'s case, he was divorce (but the Browns always painted him as Nicole's husband using brainwashing techniques so the public and the powers that be visulized him as the cheating spouse with a cheating wife (Nicole) who came upon the scene @ Bundy snapped and voila double homicide.
However, O.J. was super-wealthy, was a great dad who always paid his huge support checks on time. Had a great relationship & supported his adult children finacially and emotionally. He had everything going for him. There was no motive for murder. The stalking ex-husband was fiction & embellished by Marcia Clark & Chris Darden.
