I just reread Candace Garvey’s testimony. I can’t even find where she says why she had to go home and come back. She just says that she had to leave and come back. Her only mention of the baby is where she says she is having small talk with O.J. and tells him that she had the baby. O.J. supposedly replied, “I know. Nick told me”
I think she said the baby was a week old.
Doesn’t it seem peculiar to you that Garvey suggested she had seen O.J. often enough to read his moods – yet, she had to tell him that she had a baby? If they saw that much of each other, wouldn’t O.J. have noticed that she had been pregnant for several months and she was no longer pregnant?
Why do you believe anything she said on the witness stand that was not corroborated by other witnesses? And please don’t use Denise again. She testified just before Garvey did. In response to one question about dates, she said, “I’m very bad with time.” She did not say I am very bad with dates. –Jasper
