I have read some articles by Philpin and he has not been really into O.J. He is basically "O.J. did it", without having gotten into it. That would explain "Cynthia".
What struck me when I read fuhrman's theory about Martha Moxley's murder, how it happened, was how it was almost the same scenario as is "Hypothesis of a murder" in Murder in Brentwood. Fuhrman has explained that he tries to get into the head of a killer to understand a murder. I think he only has the ability to get into his own head.
Philpin seems to be a prophiler and totally ridicules fuhrman's credentials as such.
