I did read the memo,Lollie,and it's hard for me see where they would have a case;prosecutors are not supposed to proceed unless they have a case they think can be proved beyond a reasonable doubt.After seeing Sneddon make a public fool of himself at his press conference,I don't expect him to do the honorable thing and drop the charges,though.
