I believe Dennis Fung did as much as he dared to do to bring the truth out. I know he wasn't the source, or I should say I was told years ago he was ruled out as the source. I know that they had to pull teeth to get the information from Matheson, acting assistant director of SID, he is the one who opened the door to the computer badge in sequence that allowed the defense to bring in the computer printout. Up until him Michelle Kestler wouldn't allow enough information to get the printout. Now, it could have just been the inclusion of other evidence which made it possible for the printout but this was during the preliminary hearing. Also his testimony about the ratio of blood types was not correct. I have an extremly rare blood type. It seems to me with what I know that the numbers he gave were even rational with subtyping. Somehow he skewed the numbers. I am AB negative and it is like one in a thousand are AB positive. Negative is even more rare. He could have been the source for Singular. Just getting the printout in gave enough information to show that something bizarre happened just after the Bundy murders and then in August when all the swatches got renumbered and Barry Scheck brought that out by accident. It was brilliant actually. He was so furious I thought the courthouse was going to burn down from rage of the highest magnitude. He had been fighting the DA's office for weeks to get their DNA testing copies of test strips for accuracy which he never really got until the judge sent a bailiff with someone from the DA's office to get them. Suddenly all the swatches have new numbers and letters. There appeared to be more than double blood evidence which showed the disingeniusness of the prosecution. I believe that the Preliminary hearing should have been the end of it. Sorry for digressing but I know that for about twenty years the people have been taught to just accept things and not do something about it. I almost believe it is our own arrogance to be oblivious to the case against O.J. Simpson as being a show trial as well as Robert Blake.
