Slowly this is becoming the O.J. Case. No one kills someone just because they have contempt for their wife. He could have had her on the property and not be married but Blake himself wanted the marriage so that Rosie would have both parents as a married couple. She was supposed to stay in the house. The thing is that it came out today that her kids found two bags of Cocaine in the back seat of her car, allegedly planted, instead of giving the Cocaine to the police they sold it for seven hundred dollars. This case is with out a doubt a reasonable doubt case. She had been living the Grifter since she was 18. At age 33 she had been married 28 times and probably didn't consumate most of them. She'd run out on the honeymoon and when the guy got back his house it was ripped off by her and her friends because she had the right. She was his wife. I can't believe how they are using her bad behavior to demean Robert Blake as a killer. I hope they don't bind him over as it will keep people mesmermized for months since it will basically have to be a long case since the Preliminary Hearing is going to be days and days.
