Fuhrman identifies the interview as the "interrogation text," rather than as a trranscript. That accounts for difference in how participants are identified.
lange and Vannatter, on the other hand,identified text as a verbatim rendering, so that was allegedly a transcript.
I have not compared texts very carefully, but first few pages in Fuhrman and L&V seem to track.
