I have figured out how to tell the truth. Just belive the opposite of what they say and it will usually be the truth. I watch Cspan a lot. You get to see exactly what the speakers say and not what the pundents twist what they say. But I think you are safe in just finding the truth in believeing every thing the media says is a lie and the truth is the opposit.
