Jasper, you are so obsessed with Fuhrman you don't see the rest of the forest or the trees.
A critical element of the entire frame up is the evidence numbering scheme and the back gate blood that wasn't recovered until July 3.
Fuhrman wasn't anywhere close to the scene when the LAPD abd crime lab collaboratred to create the numbering schemes that were necessarh to make this work. the foundation for it was in fact laid by Lange's carefully crafted perjury proofed testimony about the back gate and the recantation of his identification of the gate he identified as depicted in photos shown to him.
Moreover, they key to this entire fraud was the clver split of the boards on which photos of blood drops were displayed.
The prosecution and cops who participated were consciously contiving this fraud. They would never have done this merely to protect some rogue cop who manipulated them.
