I just read the link Miss Marple posted. You know what this is. It is a winter vacation in Florida and Disney Land. The city of country pays for am educational seminar. The speakers make a fee. And most of the education is Disney World and fun on Orange Ave.(red light area) but disappointment, they say they cleaned up the area. But any taxie driver of bell hop will send you in the right dirction. Only looser are the genral public who foots the bill.
