You indicate here that blood con not flow and pool at the same time. What if there was a person being held down on the walk in front of Nicole (Ron) whose blood became part of the blood on the walk way. What if parts of the crime scene had been smeared (to remove footprints) and blood later flowed again over those spots. I think a good case can be made for Goldman being killed on the front walk and his body heaved into the alcove. Bosco indicated that people associated with the trial discussed at length whether Goldman's body was heaved into the small gated area.
