[No, it's not. It's a story based on the Daily News investigating the implications of Ratcliffe's statement in her report that Nicole was talking tom her mother at 11 p.m. They had apparently obtgained that report a couple of days ago, and that information obviously blew away the prosecution's case.
This is when Lou came out to contradict himself after he had also traveled to LA to file a kind of retraction with Ratcliffe that she wrote uop as an addendum to her report. It is the most equivocal statement imaginable about Lou's alleged chahnge of heart. He saus he sort of thinks je might have made a mistake about the time it its just possible call could have happened an hour earlier.
