One thing that was learned from the video tape of Rockingham (the one where the sox are not in the bedroom) is that the cops tested what they thought was a blood trail from the front door into the kitchen and found it to be ketchup or taco sauce.
I agree with you. This is an old trick as used in many of the cases that have been investigated for tampering or lying under oath for search warrants, etc.
BTW, did you all see where the new Chief of the LAPD is trying to get Rampart opened again. Says the report that the LAPD did on it was ridiculously bad and not done fully?
And he is asking that someone besides the LAPD do it--not the Feds, they have their own investigation--but an independent body.
It would be no problem at all for cops to carry those little packages that you get from fast food places of ketchup or taco sauce with them in their cars. And they do test positive for protein--just like blood.
