Fung was ordered to do a presumptive tests on all the drops at Rockingford. He didn't like it, but did it cause he was told to. It didn't make any sense to him, if you have a trail of blood, you don't need to test every drop. Now, who was there to tell him such a thing at that time? Fuhrman, that's who, he was the only detective there at the time of the collection of the blood at Rockingham.
