It is the truth. In L.A. people get convicted on less everyday. It shows the opportunity for Furhman to have begun his anti O.J. work. He wrote the letter to the judge in the 1989 incident. He lied and said that in 1985 he was there for a call. The call he was speaking of was in 1984 and Westec was called not the LAPD. Furhman was there unofficially. Something not known till after the criminal trial. In many ways with this case, everywhere you turn there is Furhman. Jasper. I realize I wrote that the tape started the manipulation but what I meant is that it was tangible proof of his manipulation before the crime just like his other antics for name recognition. I have also wondered if the letter to the judge as well as his disability try was for Name Recognition. Another thing that bugs me is that the Prosecution nor defense asked the police officers if they belonged to that inside police group, Men Against Women. They just asked if they knew each other. In groups like that, it is secret and they can say they don't know people and still be in that group. We also have the conflict of interest with Judge Ito with the problem between Furhman and Sgt. Peggy York, Judge Ito's wife.
