Prien, I have found that generally when discussing this case, if I point out that the murders were taking place (according the Heistra testimony) around 10:40 or so and the knock on Kato's wall was at about 10:42 and that the limo driver was checking out the Rockingham driveway again at about 10:40, they get a stunned look on their face and the doubts about the case for them begin.
I think this was the final decision making issue for the jury as they asked to hear part of the Parks testimony during deliberations.
Yes, it was very important for Clark to make the murder prior to 10:30 yet most of the timeline and barking dog witnesses put it after that time.
