Prien, Jasper's argument also ignores that the law says POLICE OFFICER which means that Riske and all others committed a misdemeanor by not calling the coroner. Another part of the law requires that the fire dept. personel also call the coroner. So the EMT who declared them dead also broke the law by not calling the coroner.
From the very beginning there was a conspiracy of sorts NOT to call the coroner. I can't believe that on their own--independently--they all stood around and broke the law ---for hours--I just don't believe that.
