Actually, the Black and White who first answered the call should have called it in and told them to immediately call the Coroner. Which is what they did from what I have read. If I remembered where I'd say but I know it was either during the Criminal Case or in a Deposition. The first officer on the scene told the guy in charge on the desk to call the Coroner. For some reason that order was stood down as quickly as it was given. Why?
