Jasper,

Vanatter testified that he put Luper in charge of Rockingham, not fuhrman. Hard to decide who to believe when you deal with seasoned liars like fuhrman and Vanatter. However, Luper was not there yet, so it must have been fuhrman who directed Fung as to what to collect.

To get to the truth you have to go to someone like Fung. He testified that he went to the glove four times. The first was with either fuhrman or Vanatter, couldn't remember which. Second time was with Mazzola to take the measurements, and the third time was with the photograper. The fourth time he went by himself to collect the glove, and this is when fuhrman showed up on the other side of the fence, handing Fung "the blue object". This "blue object" had been pointed out to Fung on his first trip back there, so it must have been fuhrman who went with him the first time. Vanatter hadn't noticed "the blue object".

In his book fuhrman wrote that Vanatter called him and told him to take Fung to the glove and test it for blood. He was then holding a paper bag while Fung put the glove into it (from the other side of the tall fence no less). All drama, this guy.
