Thanks Charlie,you're probably right.My point to Olson was that it couldn't have happened as he claimed,there would have been press comment about it.Olson got this story from another conservative legal pundit,Christopher Caldwell,who used the exact same phrase,and quoted no source for the story either.When you're writing something negative about OJ,you needn't have the facts,it just gets in the way of a good story,apparently.
