While I have no idea whether Scott killed his wife, you said one thing I had been thinking. "The papers have been filled with stories of Scott Peterson going to the Berkeley marina to fish that day. If someone else killed Laci, they would know exactly where to dump her body to make it appear as if Scott did it." The determination of the age of the baby at death is most important in this case, since once Lacy was reported missing, Scott was being watched by the police. It may be an interesting case to watch.
