They altered these transcripts. I know that Phillips during a hearing or the trial said exactly what I wrote. With the admission of his never being Furhman's partner the way I wrote it he should have immediately been cautioned about Perjury yet he wasn't. I knew then for a fact that something was more than wrong with the trial. As far as they went to get an indictment as they did to Blake, who is to say the transcripts are accurate. Never before when something I KNEW I heard while watching the trial have I made this claim. I just backed down. But I know that Phillips made a big deal about how he was not and never was Furhman's partner. I KNOW he said that. I am sorry if no one believes me. I know everyone won't believe me. But I know what I saw and I know what I heard during Phillips cross examination in regards to who was whom's partner. It was like Phillips was taking the weight of the world off his shoulders when he made that pronoucement. There was an objection so perhaps they didn't leave it in for that reason. I don't know. What I wrote he said and I will never back down. I am not angry, just adament. I set through the entire trial and certain parts of it are in my mind like a tape recorder.
