Jasper includes in his post the part about Phillips saying he was NOT Fuhrman's partner. So you heard right, although it took him a long time to say it. I have the tape of Phillips testimony and it might be interesting to listen to it again. Dick and I often found that the transcripts often missed the pauses, tone of voice, etc. of the testimony. I'm off to work but could maybe check later.
