In looking over Phillips' testimony in the transcripts (have not checked the tape yet), you will find where he mentions that about 10-15 LAPD worked on one outside (the LAPD)job in varying shifts. Fuhrman was one of the detectives that did this. Phillips says it was for a mutual friend and apparently required 24/7 coverage. Made me wonder who this mutual friend was and what would need 24/7 coverage. After reading this, I checked all the testimony at both trials. Phillips is the only one who mentions this moonlighting. Anyone else know anything about this?
