I don't mean to seem stupid so if I have mixed up names I made a mistake.
Now, wasn't Pavlic the Private Detective working for F. Lee Bailey? It was Pellicano who worked for Furhman and threatened all those neighbors of Nicole's if they kept talking to people about Nicole and Ron. Is it possible that like Lange the Detective and Lange the neighbor not related we have two Pavlics as well? Is it possible that holding back the tape which was the real reason for not using Rosa Lopez as there was a second tape that was never disclosed. It couldn't be brought forward because it had something to do with who it was Rickard heard in the background at O.J. Simpson's that night around nine when O.J. Simpson called him? Maybe Kardashian, maybe not. I just find it strange that the same names keep popping up around Furhman who were supposed to be on O.J. Simpson's side. I may be wrong but it seems right to me.
