There are not two Pavlic's. It is the same guy.
I recall that the questioning of Phillips on the stand by Cochran went on for nearly 45 minutes --very uncomfortable minutes for Phillips.
It always seems to me that Cochran was trying to make a point--which escaped me--or was deliberating putting Phillips on the hotseat.
And I always got the impression that there was something not quite "legit' about this moonlighting gig. And Phillips was anxious that Cochran NOT say who they were working for.
