I happened to be watching when the first news of the baby and the noose first came out. Then over the next few hours, I watched all the pundents,et change their thoughts that this may porve Scott no guilty to digging the bottom of the barrel to try to explain away the new evidence, condeming the defense to practically acussing the defense as lying and spinning nothing for sure. Now the news guys would not do this for ratings as what would get more ratings than a juicy murder by Satinest. So they where gotten to by someone in high places.
Now this was the evidence first put out. The noose was a double loop of plastic tape around the neck. It had only 2 cm. This less than an inch and was probably tighter before the baby was put in the water. (Would depend on the type of tape) but one of the medical forensic guys made the statement. So no way it could have gone over the babys head.
It had a knot over the left shoulder. I have never seen a fish tie a knot. The skin under the tape was not harmed by water, showing that it was put on the baby before it was put in the water. Therefore the baby had been born before Lacy was put in the water. Now this changed over the hours by some well respected medical forensic people.
The baby was relativly intack except for the cut on its chest. That was not ragged or scalaped or biten. The soft parts of the baby would not have been intact had it been in the water very long.
The unbilican cord had been cut and was 1/2 inch long. It is thought that this was a sign it was cut prior to being put into the water.
Now the autopsy report was given to both the defense and prosecution 10 days to 2 weeks before this part was turned over. Remember Scott had a public defender until recently. Geragoes noted that part of the report was missing and asked for the rest.
So the coroner was hiding the most significant part of the report. It may have never come out if Geragoes had not gotten on the case. Now what would make the coroner put his reputation on the line when so many people had seen the baby's body and seen the tape. Now the coroner was not part of the Modesto crowd, he was in the county where the body was found. And if you think his story that it was a mistake that the most important pages about the noose was a mistake they were not included, I have a bridge just waiting for a good buyer.
Thanks to Kari, she reminded me of the dicrepensy of the baby's age. I also heard that someone said that the baby looked about 2 days old. If Lacy was only 7 1/2 months pregnate (she had a sonagram that can proove that) and the baby was full term then she was alive until some time in Feburary. There is no way that you can mistake a 7 1/2 month fetus from a full term baby.
Now the baby died when Lacy did or shortly after. The umbilical cord was cut to about 1/2 long. It had no clamp or tie in it. Therefore it would have bleed out. Unless it had been clamped and the clamp was removed before being put in the water.
The baby had a large tear across its left thorax. The tear was neither scalloped or bitten, so much more liked to be a deliberate cut than an accidental cut. This would expose the heart. That smells of ritual murder.
Now if you did not tune into TV until late afternoon, you may not have heard all of this.
Therefore it took someone or group high up to get coroner to hide the evidence and the media and medical experts to reverse their opinions over the afternoon.
I would not be surprized if the case just fades from view. And even if the judge allows cameras, no one telivises it. They will want it to go away as fast as possible before Geragoes puts on his witnesses.
Shades of both the OJ case and Lizza Barton case. On Jan 1 a man came forward to the police to say he had seen Lacy and the dog at about 9;45 and 10 am. The police never called him back. Know we know what happend in the Bordon case. A woman went to the police and reported that she had seen the murderer leave the house at the time of the murder. She was so scared by the police, she remained silent for long years. Now the reason that the police did not want to catch the real murderer is that it might have come out that Borden was into a lot of crooked deals with bankers and state politicians. Liza went along letting them make out that she was the murderer to keep his new will from coming out that would have left her penniless.
Henry Lee made the statement that 75% of men cheat on their wives. I agree as I was a divorcee for a long time. And yes I was propositioned by men with pregnate wives. One of the most well known "good family men" that I worked with told me that while his wife was in the hospital having his baby, that it was our change to get together. Never forget it.
Now I have long known from astrology that something big happened on Feb. 16. This has nothing to do wih my opinion on the case but just a bit of iceing on the cake. Just for the heck of it I compared Lacy's chart to Feb 16. It looks highly probably that this is when she was killed or shorly before that date.
Now the preliminay trial is to begin on July 16. I predict that it will either be delayed to July 18 or something will be brought out that day that just might blow your mind. Either that or some other world event.
