I am not speaking of guilt or innocence here. I will wait to see ALL the evidence at the Prelim Hearing (or most of it) and the FULL autopsy reports.
What I am talking about is tacky behavior.
I say that even if he is innocent as the driven snow for these murders, his behavior has been inappropriate and tacky. And Especially if he is innocent it has been so.
I STILL believe the courts say you can't sell community property or the murdered spouses property for your defense.
