First Jasper should we move the Peterson case somewhere?
One of the reporters, when asked about the jelwry said that Lacy's family knew about itand he presumed that Lacy did too. I am just guessing, but maybe he was haveing it reset for her for Xmas and the jewler did not get it finished.
