The story came out last night on Greta that a girl was raped on Dec 18 and the rapist told her that he was going to kill someone on xmas eve. Don't know if she told this before or after the murder. But the rape counselor actually told the police. That is probably who the mystery woman was and they only knew her first name.
It seems to be that she was taken in the brown van. The police said that they let them go as they checked out. Now if this is true and they knew it before they arrested Scott, they just thought they could get by with it cause he just had a public defender.
If that baby was full term then, she was alive for a while and if the police knew about the van, then they could have saved Lacy if they had really been on the stick.
Also the story that Geragoes told the Lacy family that "if they wanted war, etc. was really the Lacy family lawyer that told Geragoes that. The lawyer admited it.
Looks like the police are doing the same frame job on Scott, that they did on OJ. Trying to vilify Scott when all the time they know he is innocent. Also he did not play golf, that they made the big deal out of cause it was raining. Rained and drizzled off and on all day.
