Those photos no longer belong to her and have not belonged to her for 3 years. The photographer had the control over them. She is not receiving a dime for their usage or sale.
I believe she will testify for sure. Regardless of whether she has a "loose" reputation or not, they have the telephone conversations where Scott himself called her...after she came forward to the police.
You know what I find interesting? People like Mark Geregoes will get on tv and talk big about sexual freedom for years and how it doesn't affect anything. (I will NEVER forget that he thought it OK for the teacher to have had an "affair" with the boy from about age 10 and have two children with him.) Yet, in a trial such as this, one of the first things he tries to do is trash the woman.
Just like any trial, you don't usually get the best evidence of crime and murder--from only church staff and ministers.
And just a personal observation about Scott's crying in court yesterday--it looked faked and contrived. Even the photographer who was taking the video said he never saw any tears in Scott's eyes or even that his eyes watered. I didn't either.
