After I replied to your “analysis” post it occurred to me that you were no reading my entire messages before you replied to selected passage. I’m testing a theory here so please tell me if I’m wrong. This is not as much a problem for me as it is for you because it has to be clear to anyone who did read my entire message that your comments were out of context and it makes you look unreasonable.
I wrote that my theory had a lot of requirement that had to be met if my MFG scenario was correct. You turned the process of predicting results to test a theory on its head by replying, “But if it is NOT correct than all those 'requirments' go out the window, right?” Wrong. The requirements were the test of the theory. They came before I knew that anyone existed who actually conformed to them.
I said that the killer’s plan had to be flexible and you questioned whether it was the killer’s plan that had to be flexible or my theory of the killer’s plan. Where has “my theory” changed http://www.smartfellowspress.com/Iago17_HighPts/Conspirators.htm? There is no end of specific information that may be incorrect in any theoretical framework. I seek it out and change it when I get the correct information. But whether or not the theory holds up depends on whether the corrected information falls inside or outside of the theory. Everything I have learned from your postings and your site about Kato falls inside of my theoretical framework.
As far as Kato driving the Bronco is concerned, the apparent inconsistency in his story about never having driven it is one of the reasons I considered him a suspect before I took a closer look at Fuhrman. The problem I had with that is the fact that I moved many cars around in the Design Center but if anyone asked me if I had driven them I would have said no. I did not consider that “driving.” The fact that O.J. made the Bronco available to him to shuttle the kids and the dogs back and fourth doesn’t mean that he did it. I don’t see a need for an SUV for that particular chore. You could do it in a V.W. Bug.
The car on Rockingham did not belong to Rosa Lopez. Hers was in the garage and she saw only O.J.’s Bronco when she took the dog out front at 10:00. It had to have pulled up after she went back into the house. No other neighbors lived within 50 yards and no one ever identified who the car belonged to. My theory called for an observer in that exact spot (someone who knew that O.J. was bleeding from his left side before the murders). If there could not have been one in the right place and the right time I would have had to scrap the theory. Park noticed the car because he had to check for traffic before he pulled onto the street. He never identified the Bronco but he did perceive it as “an obstruction.” The car was a bigger obstacle because of Park’s angel of vision to northbound traffic.
And what do I do with you your comment on my requirement for a murder conspirator to be in a position to follow the limo driver to Brentwood from his Town and Country home base on the border of Torrance and Redondo Beach? “Why the hell fuihrman's home location is significant in this context is beyond me.” --Jasper
