You are so right about companies. When I was in school in Xray, we spent most of our time with an older experienced person. It was a learning experience for both. We had some new knowledge that they might learn and in a teaching position refined thier techniques.. We on the other side learned from the experts all those thousands of things that they just don't teach in the books. And most important we learned that that was in the books that seemed logical, but just did not work when appled to an actual patient.
