Marple just wrote a few papragraphs about how much traffic went through the 'foyer' whre the three tiny blood drops were found.
However, she does not document her source for the movement of all the people she mentioned.
There was, after all, the KITCHEN doors to eave and enter by. Considering that the group first assembled in the kitchen, and that the kitchen door was closer to the driveway (Arnelle's car) and the south path (Fuhrman) than the front door to the foyer, it seems more likely all this trafic went through the kitchen door, thereby leaving the foyer untouched.
