I’m sure that Bushey’s “still” came up so big in Miss Marple’s mind is for the reason it came up big in mine.
The murders happened on a Sunday night. Bushey got word about it too early the next morning (about 12:30 a.m.)to check the records. How could he have known about a joint custody arrangement between O.J. and Nicole in the first place to know that it was “still” in effect? Westec can’t be the answer because it was not a security issue. There was no reason for anyone at Westec to know or care about it. –Jasper
