This little item cinches it. Bushey did get his joint custody information from Fuhrman. That means we can also stop speculating about who identified Nicole’s body. It had to be Fuhrman.
Have you noticed how often we make a guess about Fuhrman’s role in the investigation based largely on his pattern of subtle manipulation and LATER turn up evidence that proves that guess was correct?
I made a lot of guesses like that in The Smoking Gun and the Smoking Gun 2. Fuhrman proved that most of them were correct in his Murder in Greenwich movie. That movie is going to be the centerpiece for The Smoking Gun 3. You won’t believe how much stuff I found that was in the first two Smoking Guns. Pairing it down and figuring out where to start is the hard part. –Jasper
