If it is the other photo I saw--the one where OJ was getting his shoes shined in Florida--I think a fan took it. But all that showed was the sole of the shoe and in the tabloid, you couldn't see the sole because it was printed so darkly.
Perhaps Pat is talking about another photo.
Odd though, it was portrayed as the BM's yet this photo never came up in the civil trial I don't think. And it was the one that showed the soles the best.
