This is news to me---the jail time in May that is.
It is also true that the day after (On Monday) Denise says she had a "court date" is why she was up so early when the call came about NIcole. She did not "make' that court date I assume on June 13th. Nobody knows what THAT was for. I had always thought it was for the Jan. incident--until you say she spent 8 days in jail.
I believe we know about the DWI with Ron and Faye being in the car due to some of the lawyers speaking out about it saying they had the documents. Also it impeached Denise when she said she didn't meet Faye til Nicole's funeral.
It turns out Denise was just as much a "player" in that social group as Nicole was--She knew the same people and socialized with them---she just lied about it til she got caught.
