Where did Shipp live in 1994? The reason I ask is that when he was "Leo" in Sheila Weller's book, she described him as coming from another city when he showed up at O.J.'s gate on the 13th of June. Brentwood is still Los Angeles, has an LA zip. It is Los Angeles subtitled "Brentwood". It gives it a more snooty sound saying I live in Brentwood then I live in Los Angeles or West Los Angeles. I always thought Shipp also lived in L.A. in 1994. Does he still live in L.A.? I always wondered why he did not sell a story for a six figure. He certainly would have been in better circumstances.
To me, when you think about the witnesses (i.e. Jill Shiverly, Faye Resnick)given choices if it came to making thousands on a story to pay bills, buy food, pay rent or even more...or testfying in a trial against an innocent man, I would have rather made some quick big bucks than sit before Marcia Clark smiling like a cat who ate the canary knowing she was going to make millions on a book deal. She certainly improved her life while others lost out while the iron was hot.
