John, He was another of the group of friends of Nicole's. He did in fact come over on the 13th and wash off the blood from the sidewalk along with some other guy. It was someone that Lou knew as well.
I didn't just hear or read this, it was shown on video by Current Affair or Inside Edition.
I would bet that Kato knew him as well.
