The prosecution stated that a foot was applied to her back while she was on the ground and then her head pulled back and throat slashed. This doesn't jive with how she was found nor the FACT that no blood was aspirated in her lungs. She was dead when her throat was slashed. No way around it. No blood aspirated into her lungs, she was dead when her throat was slashed. Can't twist physics.
