Jasper, You mention that Denise said she didn't recall if Dom was there that morning or not. Yes, in those circumstances--you remember in detail.
Another instance of that is saying that she did not recall whether she spoke to Nicole again after she got home.
That is another thing that she would recall (unless she had an alcoholic blackout).
There was something that struck me about the entire story that the Browns told. It was as though they had never discussed the details amongst themselves. I know that they were probably cautioned about that after OJ was arrested but they had a week before then. Seems to me with a murder, they would have been comparing memories from the get-go.
It was like they never gave it another thought til they were asked to testify. I doubt that was the case. I think it more likely that they were asking each other questions from the first minute. LIke---what did she say to you? Did she mention any problems? Etc.
But then again, you wouldn't ask questions that you already know the answers to.
I would like to remind everybody that about 2 cops and 2 neighors called Nic's Jeep green that AM when in fact she owned a black Jeep and Dom's was dark (almost black) green. These witnesses said they saw a green Jeep--not black.
Could they have come in 2 vehicles and only one vehicle went home--at that time. The green Jeep and Denise staying behind because of the court appearance the next day?
For the first time --ever--I am wondering if Denise was the 1030 caller to the police. And waited til the bodies were found and then left to go home. It could even be that Lou's car was left behind and Denise used it.
I don't recall the body finders being asked what kind of car the woman who left was driving.
