John, Someone calling and checking on whether the bodies had been found yet was Chris Springer' theory too. Although he didn't think of it bein Kato using a female voice--he did think someone connected to the murder did call for that purpose.
HE speculated on Fuhrman's wife making the call if she had overhead any part of MF's plans for the night---to see if he really went thru with it.
Recall she told Rivera that MF was in bed with her when the murders took place which we know is not true--thanks to MF's "alibi' of the credit card receipt for gas at 1040.
And there is always the possibility of a possible eye witness who never came forward.
And the possibility that it was the woman seen when the body finders came who was supposed to call 911 but didn't. She just left in a hurry. She was possibly hanging around til the bodies were found by someone else.
OR the possibility of it being Denise--who might have stayed over because of her court date early the next morning.
